Join Elite Referral Network as we celebrate Mederi Functional Health & Wellness and ERN member Renee Buchta with an Open House and Ribbon Cutting!
Mederi offers a different approach to primary care and wellness—one built around time, access, investigation, and individualized support. Through a direct primary care model, members pay a flat monthly rate and develop an ongoing relationship with a provider who has the time to listen, answer questions, and look more closely at what may be contributing to their health concerns.
Founded by Renee Buchta, APRN, FNP-C, Mederi combines direct primary care with functional medicine and clinical wellness services. Renee created the practice after her own experience searching for care that looked beyond surface-level symptoms and explored the broader factors affecting health.
Mederi’s integrated approach also includes body composition analysis, nutrition coaching, and personal training with Michelle Harder, CPT, SPS. By bringing clinical information and physical wellness support together, the Mederi team can develop more individualized plans based on each person’s health picture, needs, and goals.
Stop by to meet Renee, Michelle, and the Mederi team, tour the space, enjoy light snacks and drinks, and learn more about this personalized approach to health and wellness. Guests will also have an opportunity to visit the salt room and experience the SoVi Vibroacoustic loungers.
