Open House and Registrations for a New Introductory Tai Chi Course is at St. Peter's Church. Wednesday, September 30 6:30 to 7:30pm and Saturday, October 3rd, 9:30 to 10:30am. Full details, Registration Forms and Information on site. There will be Tai Chi Demos, Try some Tea and Tai Chi with the Instructor. Instructional Videos available for home practice for those wanting to practice more or if you can only attend once per week. The Introductory Tai Chi Course runs on Tuesdays beginning October 6th and will be held across the street at Mulvey School Gymnasium. Enter through the Gymnasium Double Doors that face the laneway, West side of building.
