Not all disability housing is created equal, and this lifestyle development in Altona Meadows is certainly something different.Sitting in a quiet court, adjacent to beautiful parkland, 3 x 3 resident HPS houses, sit alongside 3 single occupancy villas, with shared community spaces.
Bbq areas, hydro pool, mixed used sports courts, and plenty of lawn area for picnics, bocci and lawn bowls.
Everything you could ever need to ensure home is where the heart is.
While communal outdoor space is what makes this community different, there is certainly plenty of private space, for quiet relaxation or doing your own thing.
Safety of community, with your own private zones, this development meets everyone’s needs.
Come and join us for a bbq and walkthrough, with onsite SIL Scope, who the first 6 residents have chosen as their provider.
There is so much to see in this brand new development, lifestyle to the max, personal touches, make this place your own!
Visit us on Thursday 5th November, whether you are looking for a home for you or a loved one, or just want to know more about SDA, our friendly team will be on hand to answer all your questions!
