About this Event
Open Hearts, Open Hips: The Reset Flow is a transition from tension to ease. In this workshop-style flow atBlack Swan Yoga, we’ll strip back the layers of a standard practice to focus on the essentials of feeling good in your own skin.
What we will cover:
- Postural Correction: Learn how to "un-slump" by engaging the right muscles to support a tall, neutral spine.
- Breath Mechanics: Practice diaphragmatic breathing to lower stress and increase lung capacity.
- The "Kink" Release: Targeted movements to break up tension in the neck, shoulders, and mid-back.
- Deep Hip Opening: A signature sequence to release the "junk" we store in our hips, improving mobility and lower back health.
- The Cool Down: A nervous system reset to leave you feeling grounded, open, and entirely refreshed.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this session provides the tools to carry a better posture and a deeper breath into your daily life.
