The Seasonal Tea Wellness Gathering is a 90-minute immersive ritual designed to support reflection, restoration, and seasonal balance through the mindful practice of tea. Each session features thoughtfully prepared herbal tea blends inspired by traditional wellness practices and seasonal rhythms, inviting participants to slow down and reconnect with the natural pace of the body and the environment.
Guests are guided through a curated tea tasting experience while exploring simple seasonal self-care principles that support digestion, sleep, nervous system balance, and overall vitality. Gentle breath practices, quiet journaling or reflection time, and a closing guided meditation create a calm, contemplative atmosphere that encourages both relaxation and meaningful pause from the pace of daily life.
This gathering is intentionally small in size to foster a welcoming and peaceful environment for conversation, connection, and quiet reflection. No prior experience is required. Participants are welcome to bring a journal if they wish to deepen the reflective portion of the experience.
