Join Project Starboard at our first annual event: ONWARD! A Night for East Boston, where we will unveil The Golden Thread, a new cultural trail weaving together East Boston’s extraordinary history, culture and future as the threshold on Boston Harbor.
Gather at The Tall Ship for an evening on the waterfront where East Boston’s past meets its future. During the opening hour, guests may join an optional ONWARD! edition walking tour guided by famed The Boston History Company, offering a sneak preview of nearby future Golden Thread Trail sites and the Ferry Dock Threshold. Tours will leave Tall Ship between 5pm and 5:40pm and last ~20 min. Guests are equally welcome to remain at The Tall Ship as the gathering continues.
State Rep Adrian Madaro will help us recognize the Threshold's generous site hosts, with special guests, including:

Then, settle in for an evening of food stations, passed complimentary welcome drinks, a full cash bar, art in unexpected forms, immersive experiences, a little time travel, and a few surprises best discovered in person.
Getting there is easy: come by foot, ferry via Lewis Mall Wharf, train via Maverick Station, or car, with complimentary parking available at the entrance.
ONWARD! is an invitation to experience the Golden Thread at its beginning and to be part of what comes next.
