Food and Soul
(In support of March as Veggie Month)
Food and Soul is a unique wellness offering that explores the deeper connection between the food we prepare and the energy we carry within. It highlights how our vibrations, thoughts, and emotions during cooking influence the quality of the food—and ultimately the well‑being of those who partake of it.
A team of Raja Yoga meditation practitioners and vegetarian advocates will lead a short talk and a light, nature‑inspired recipe demonstration featuring:
• Cloud Puff Potato Donuts
• Green Wave Seaweed Rolls
• Velvet Melt No‑Bake Fudge
• Fresh Burst Salad Tops
Contribution of ₱300 to cover the cost of ingredients and facility use. A taste test will follow!
