Onshape 101 - Introduction to Basic 3D CAD in Onshape

This is a beginners course for Onshape, a freely-available, web-based, 3D, professional-grade CAD system which is superb for a variety of uses including 3D Printing models, 2D CAD drawings for equipment like lasers, plasma and waterjet cutters, and even bendable designs for things like sheet metal and laser-cut acrylic.

We will cover the basics - with an eye on using Inscape to create vector artwork, or cutpaths for use with 2d machines such as lasers, routers, vinyl and plasma cutters and more.

I MPORTANT: Attendees are required to bring their own laptop and it should have a mouse with mouse-wheel (i.e. no trackpads!), and should have created a (free) Onshape account already at:
