• New 45-Minute Format: Perfectly timed to fit into your morning schedule (6:30 AM – 7:15 AM, Monday through Friday).
• Elemental Salutations: We’ll begin each practice connecting with the natural elements, replacing traditional Sun Salutations with a fresh, dynamic grounding flow.
Each session blends Laya Yoga, Qi Gong-inspired movement, classical Hatha, pranayama, meditation, and chanting. Classes begin with a short discourse and warm-up, flow through intentional movement and breathwork, and finish with deep relaxation and a closing chant.
