The conversation will be moderated by Maya L. Harris, a distinguished attorney, policy advocate, writer, and public speaker whose career spans more than two decades at the intersection of civil rights, public policy, and social justice.
Maya has served as Executive Director of the ACLU of Northern California and Vice President of Democracy, Rights & Justice at the Ford Foundation, where she led major initiatives advancing civil and human rights, democratic participation, and economic and political opportunities for women. She also served as Senior Policy Advisor to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and chaired her sister Kamala Harris's 2020 presidential primary campaign. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford Law School, Maya brings a wealth of experience and perspective to conversations about leadership, opportunity, and change.
