GenAI is no longer just changing the tools we use. It’s changing how teams work, how products are built, and what different roles are responsible for. One year into widespread experimentation and adoption, we want to look beyond the hype and ask a simple question: what actually changed?

Join us for practical, opinionated stories from people working with AI inside real organizations — the decisions, experiments, failures, trade-offs and lessons that come with moving from prototypes to production.

We’ll explore how workflows and team structures are evolving, where AI is creating real leverage, where new bottlenecks are appearing, and what teams would do differently if they were starting today.
