Join us for a hands-on celebration of one of Mexico's most beloved culinary traditions. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we'll explore the history, flavors, and techniques behind birria, a dish that has evolved from humble beginnings in Jalisco, Mexico, into a global culinary sensation.

You'll learn how to toast and blend dried chiles, build layers of flavor, and create a rich, slow-braised birria from scratch. Along the way, you'll discover the techniques that give this iconic dish its signature depth, from developing a flavorful chile base to creating a deeply satisfying consommé.

More than just a cooking class, this is an opportunity to connect with the culture, creativity, and resourcefulness that have made birria a treasured tradition for generations. • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
