Raz w maju i raz w październiku - miesiącu w którym Amadou poszedł w dalszą podróż. Ciekawy fakt - obaj w momencie przejścia w kolejny etap mieli 36 lat. Teraz pewnie grają i śpiewają razem 🙂
Wspaniały człowiek, nasz przyjaciel i artysta.
Start 22:00
Wstęp 30pln (gotówka, ewentualnie blik)
-----------
It’s hard to believe that it has already been a year since Amadou left us. Although he is no longer physically here with us, he remains — and will forever remain — alive in spirit and in our hearts.
That is why we are organizing another edition of One Love Paradise Forward.
For those who don’t know, the One Love Paradise series of events was Amadou’s dream. The title says it all — bringing people together through music, beyond divisions.
The events used to take place on May 11th, the anniversary of Bob Marley’s death, a date that is widely celebrated in Senegal. So, continuing Amadou’s dream, the event will now take place twice a year — once in May and once in October, the month in which Amadou embarked on his further journey.
And here’s an interesting fact — both of them were 36 years old when they passed on to the next stage.
I’m sure they’re playing and singing together somewhere now. 🙂
Because Amadou was always deeply sensitive to the suffering of children, and we want his name to continue to carry goodness into the world, these events will not only be an opportunity to have fun together, meet new people and experience great music, but will also have a charitable purpose.
The money from the tickets, after covering the necessary organizational costs, will be used to support children and young people in Senegal and help them develop through music.
During the previous edition, we managed to raise 3,224 PLN 🙂 We hope that, combined with the proceeds from this edition, we will reach an amount that will allow us to do some truly beautiful things. We will share the results with you at the May edition. 🙂
THIS EDITION
The music this time will be provided by DJ Selecter Energy — a wonderful person, our great friend and an amazing artist. Originally from Gambia and now living in Poland.
You simply cannot sit still when he’s playing. :)
And there will also be a live performance by Stefano Auguste, who is very close to Amadou as well. With his sensitivity, musicality and incredible energy, he will bring our hearts together. ❤️
Start: 22:00
Entrance: 30 PLN (cash, or BLIK if necessary)
