Lyn was a loved member of our community at both Pole4fitness and the old lady love, Lyn defied the age barriers with everything she did. Several of our past and present instructors attended her funeral to celebrate her life. Lyn was still practicing pole every morning to start her day, her moto these boots were made for walking kept her going and we are holding a free 90 min practice session in her honour where we can have a spin, remember her strength and celebrate Lyns dedication. Her family all spoke about how our community was her saviour and our teachers helped her be the strong 70 year old powerhouse that she was! So come along and celebrate Lyns incredible life with us!
