Alison is an experienced business leader, investor and adviser and has spent a decade leading Imperial Brands through a period of significant transformation. Today she works as a non-executive director and strategic adviser and supports early-stage businesses across the South West. Her latest venture is a restaurant concept, Ampersand, that brings together her business experience with a longstanding passion for food and hospitality.
