Come and join me for an evening of (dusty) beats, bass n breaks and some dubby goodness for measure.
After nearly a decade of running events from hosting double headliner international DJs to Music to Draw to Sessions I have decided to do a run of solo shows. These shows will be at Stabla a grass roots community focused venue. Non corporate. Just me (a few other artists will be joining in) turntables an analog mixer and maybe an FX unit. I have always done my own thing.

DJ Pressed is a master of the dark arts.
Drawing from a collection of breaks, dub, UK garage, electro, and drum & bass, DJ Pressed crafts seamless journeys driven by dominant basslines and heavyweight drum breaks. Often sampling early funk recordings and reworking them into low-down, dirty rhythms, his sets are underpinned by an encyclopaedic knowledge of bass-driven music. "WTF is that track?!"
In 2017 he co-founded The Beat Down, a promotion that has since hosted numerous sold-out events and become a respected fixture in the nipaluna music scene.
Recently DJ Pressed has supported Krafty Kuts, The Plump DJs, Freq Nasty and Kid Kenobi. Prior to that he has also shared stages with an impressive list of artists including DJ Nu-Mark, DJ Yoda, The Freestylers, Stanton Warriors, Meat Katie, Deekline, Rennie Pilgrem, Aquasky, Demuja, Smithmonger, Greg Packer, Hot Dub, Godlands and more.
Like your hopes and dreams—the beats will be broken.
