Go On Holiday with YAC!Celebrate the season with a little sunshine, sparkle, and holiday magic at the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council’s annual Holiday Ornament Auction!
As YAC’s longest-running fundraiser, this beloved Oxford tradition brings together local artists, restaurants, businesses, and community members for an unforgettable evening in support of the arts throughout Oxford and Lafayette County.
This year, we’re taking things On Holiday! Inspired by the vintage glamour of Palm Beach, expect a festive evening filled with tropical flair, colorful details, and a touch of holiday escapism. Think vintage vacation vibes, festive cocktails, and a little holiday mischief!
The evening will feature an exciting collection of one-of-a-kind ornaments handcrafted and donated by more than 100 local artists and makers. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on these unique pieces, along with exclusive artist experiences that offer special opportunities to connect with and experience the incredible talent in our community.
Enjoy an assortment of delicious small bites and specialty cocktails generously provided by local restaurants and businesses, making the evening a celebration of Oxford's vibrant food, beverage, and creative communities.
And, of course, no holiday celebration would be complete without a little mystery and mischief! Join us for the unveiling of the Naughty & Nice List, a special event feature that adds an extra element of surprise to the evening.
From discovering a one-of-a-kind ornament to bidding on an unforgettable artist experience, sipping cocktails, enjoying delicious bites, and celebrating with friends, there will be plenty to make the night memorable.
For years, the Holiday Ornament Auction has been an invitation-only celebration for more than 1,800 YAC members and supporters. This year, we're opening the doors to the public for the first time, inviting everyone to experience one of Oxford's favorite holiday traditions.
Whether you're coming for the art, the food and drinks, the festivities, or simply a festive night out, your ticket helps support local artists and ensures the arts continue to thrive in our community.
Pack your bags, grab your tickets, and Go On Holiday with YAC this December!
A huge thank you to MaxxSouth Broadband for generously sponsoring this event and helping us make this holiday tradition possible!
