About this Event
In Japanese, omakase translates as "I'll leave it up to you." Traditionally, guests place their trust in the chef to create a unique culinary journey that showcases seasonality, craftsmanship, and creative expression.
At Nanajuni, we love to challenge tradition. For this special experience, we invite you to place your trust in our Sake Sommelier. Omasake is an ever-evolving monthly pairing experience where sake takes centre stage, guiding each course and revealing new dimensions of flavour along the way.
Enjoy six carefully curated courses, each paired with a sake selected on the day by our Sake Sommelier. No two experiences are quite the same, allowing us to showcase the diversity, character, and artistry of sake while celebrating its unique relationship with food.
Leave the choices to us, sit back, and discover where the sake leads.
