OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants.It also brings people together in service of others. Like a prayer, the positive vibrations of OM can be offered to support those in need.
OM 唱誦是一項集體修習活動，借助 「OM」 的轉化力量，喚醒參與者的自我療癒潛能。這項修習也讓人們凝聚一心，為他人服務。如同祈禱一般，「OM」所產生的正向振動，可以用來迴向及幫扶身處困境的人。
