This is a tailgate Swap. No buying or selling is allowed. Anything unattended behind a vehicle is considered 'up for grabs'. Anything alongside or inside vehicles, including in truck beds, is off limits. If a vehicle is attended, ask before taking. For the best selection, arrive early and prepare to hit the ground running at 10 AM because things move quickly and latecomers miss out. No swapping before 10 AM, although prearranged swaps can be fulfilled prior to official start. People having 2 or more prearranged swaps can request assigned or reserved parking.
