As Far Back As We Can Remember, We Always Wanted To Host Goodfellas. This December, we're bringing Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas to the Oliver Theatre. Widely regarded as one of the greatest gangster films ever made, Goodfellas is a fast-paced, unforgettable story of loyalty, ambition, family, and life among New York's wiseguys.
So while everyone else is settling in with the usual holiday classics, we're taking a trip back to an era of sharp suits, fur coats, smoky lounges, neighborhood bars, Sunday dinners, and stories that may or may not end with someone being told to go get their shine box.
Think Sinatra on the jukebox, red wine on the table, garlic sliced paper-thin with a razor blade, and all the style that made Goodfellas an enduring classic.
Vintage attire, mob-wife glamour, and wiseguy fashion are encouraged (but never required). Gather your crew, embrace a little old-school New York charm, and join us for an unforgettable night at the movies.
