About this Event
The Villages German Band has been playing lively Bavarian-style folk music in the area for over a dozen years. There are over a dozen musicians in the band and they enjoy entertaining audiences. There’s nothing they like more than festive crowds who clap and sing along with them! It's especially fun when polka dancers “take to the floor” or form a conga or polka line that weaves around the room.
A common thread among the musicians is their love of playing folk music from Bavaria and other countries who share the Alps. Playlists typically include music from Southern Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and even on occasions from the United States!
