🌼 A Little Color, Cacao & Día de los Muertos Magic 🌼
This Día de los Muertos, let’s slow down and celebrate the beautiful traditions surrounding remembrance, connection, color, and the people we carry with us.
Join Lisa for a festive Ojos de Dios Workshop, where you’ll explore a little of the history and symbolism behind this beautiful Mexican art form before creating our own colorful Ojo de Dios.
And because every creative experience is better with something delicious to sip… ☕️✨ We’ll enjoy warm Mexican-style cacao as we weave, chat, create, and celebrate together.
🧶 Create 2-3 colorful Ojo de Dios 🌼 Learn a little about Día de los Muertos traditions ☕️ Sip warm Mexican-style cacao 🎨 No previous experience necessary
Lisa Lombardi is a passionate artist whose creativity is fueled by her love of working with her hands and exploring the world. Having traveled to more than 25 countries, she discovered the art of Batik in Indonesia, where she learned directly from local craftsmen and fell in love with the ancient process of painting with wax and dye.
Her journey with felting began years earlier during her Waldorf Teacher training, where she was introduced to needle felting as a way to create puppets for storytelling. From there, she expanded into wet felting and felting on felt exploring the endless possibilities of wool as a medium.
Classes are non-refundable because we have limited space and the artists need to prepare. You can find another person to take your seat if you are unable to attend.
