What is the “Movement Belongs to Everyone” Fitness Challenge?
From September 28 to October 4, 2025, we’re calling on individuals and teams to join us in a 7-day movement challenge! Track your steps or minutes of movement daily, connect with your team or go solo, and share your “why” for joining. Whether it’s walking, dancing, biking, or stretching—it all counts. The challenge is open to all ages and movement levels, and is designed to promote joy, health, and community connection through movement. Join the challenge, move with purpose, and help raise funds along the way!
