OHMEPA 2026 Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place once again in at Paradise Banquet Hall (7601 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 1X2) at 10:00AM.

The schedule of events will be:

• ADP Stakeholders Panel - "Stronger Collaboration, Better Client Outcomes": How can stronger collaboration lead to better client outcomes? For the first time ever, this moderated panel brings together a manufacturer (Robert Lanc of Drive Medical), an equipment provider (Melody Pitts of Access Abilities), an authorizer (Neetu Kumar of VHA Home HealthCare) and ADP to explore practical ways to strengthen communication, work through shared challenges and improve the client experience.

• Verification Review Panel - "ADP Verification Reviews: What to Expect and How to Prepare": What do you wish you knew before an ADP verification review? Hear from five ADP vendors (Bill Sims of Durham Medical, Eylon Zemer of In Motion Services, Jeremy Dignard of Hunt’s Healthcare, John Tom of Superior Home Health Care Barrie, and Dennis Mahoney of Align Home Health Care) who have been through the process. The 10:00AM-10:30AM AGM will be members-only, but non-members are more than welcome to attend the speaker and lunch portion of the event!

The price for members is $115 (plus tax and an Eventbrite fee) per person, and $135 for non-members.
