Zonta International holds General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council and Participatory Status with the Council of Europe. Zonta teams engage in these important intergovernmental organizations to change the world for women.
The Zonta Club of Adelaide was the first Club chartered in South Australia. It is a member of Zonta International, a global service organisation of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. More than 100 women from all walks of life have been members. We are an affiliate of the National Council of Women SA.
