All week long, Afrotech will have us on our screens. Panels, pitches, notifications, a hundred new LinkedIn requests. Off the Grid is the night we put all of that down and come back to each other. \\
For one night, phones get tucked away and we get to be fully present. No filming, no posting, no checking your email in the corner. Just good music, good people, and the kind of conversations you actually remember. After our first Off the Grid in Atlanta, we're bringing the experience to Houston for Afrotech week. \

**HOW THE NO-TECH PARTY WORKS** \
When you arrive, our team will check your ticket \[and ID\] and help you lock your phone \[and smartwatch\] in a Yondr pouch. You keep your pouch with you all night. When you're ready to head out, we'll unlock it at the exit. If you need your phone during the party, step out to the unlock station and someone from our team will take care of you. \

**GOOD TO KNOW** \
Bring cash or a physical debit/credit card. Apply Pay and Google Pay won't work while your phone is pouched. \
Make a plan with your people before you lock up: your ride home and a spot to meet. \
Don't worry about capturing the night. Our photographer has you. \
