🎼 CHRISTOPHE GAUTHIER, CLAVECINOff-Bach 2026

2026 Off-Bach
This program explores the musical world that shaped the young Johann Sebastian Bach. Built around two of his works, it brings together three major North German composers (Dietrich Buxtehude, Johann Adam Reincken and Georg Böhm) whom Bach knew, studied or admired.
Their works reflect the richness of keyboard music at the end of the 17th century: the freedom of the stylus phantasticus, virtuosity, counterpoint, and the influence of French dance forms.
