About this Event
Have you received a solid organ transplant or are you currently on the transplant waiting list?
If so, be part of a new project from the NIHR Blood and Transplant Research Unit in Organ Donation and Transplantation at Newcastle and Cambridge Universities.
We are looking for five individuals to take part in an in person-workshop on 3rd November at Newcastle University where you’ll talk about your experiences. Then our project partners, Streetwise Opera, will turn the group’s collective experience into a song which will be performed by professionals in March 2027.
To be a part of this project you must be over 18 years of age, have received a solid organ transplant/be on the waiting list and be a resident of the United Kingdom.
Participants will receive a £55 voucher for taking part in the project. If you would like to be involved, please complete the form (link below) before 26th October.
