Join us for a workshop in the Panorama Gallery that explores our relationship with nature through collage! We’ll use printed images from Douglas County history to create a picture that reflects how being outdoors makes us feel. These pages will then be collected in a DIY book (a zine) available in libraries and other public spaces around the county. This is a drop-in workshop, no need to arrive on time or stay for the whole session! We'll provide materials, but please feel free to bring your own images of outdoor adventures in Douglas County. All ages welcome!
“Ode to the Outdoors: A Collaborative Zine Exploring Douglas County” is made possible through SOSAA funds, granted by Outdoors Unscripted.
Admission to the KU Natural History Museum is a suggested contribution of $7 per adult and $4 per child. KU students and members are free. All proceeds support the museum!
