𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗷𝗼𝘆:
Supported by freediving fundamentals, we will be dancing between surface and depth (up to 10m), entering a living dialogue with the ocean. Through buoyancy, spirals, and shared weight, the body relearns how to organize in water.
We offer clear, grounded tools—breath, orientation, partner awareness, and simple compositional scores—so you can discover your own dance.
Like the octopus, offering another way of knowing—soft-bodied, decentralized, exquisitely perceptive, We learn to taste the water with our movement.
Here, perception loosens from the mind and spreads through skin, contact, and environment. We begin to feel ourselves not as a separate mover, but as part of a living field—shaped by it, shaping it in return.
An invitation to step beyond the human-centered view and rejoin the wider story of the Earth.
** no prior freediving experience needed, you will learn it here. it is required that you are at least a comfortable snorkeler.

𝗢𝗹𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗮 :
Ola is a Ukrainian movement facilitator and creative producer, and the founder of Blue Motion — a project exploring the meeting point of body, water, and artistic collaboration.
With a background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in dance and somatic practices, her work weaves Contact Improvisation (land and water), embodiment, and freediving as a felt, relational practice.
She creates spaces where movement becomes a shared inquiry — inviting dancers and curious bodies to explore presence, connection, and expression in natural environments.
Ola guides water dance, CI jams, and movement sessions with precision, intuition, and play, supporting participants to discover their own language in and with water.
𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐫 :
Road-bound movement explorer, Molchanovs freediving instructor, and passionate musician. Ruben holds a PhD in physics, worked as a science teacher, and trained in Thai yoga massage, dance improvisation, meditative and somatic practices.
His current interest is to explore and facilitate a being together, between land and water, as a holistic practice of discovering and caring for our mind-bodies, in relationship to each other and our natural world.
Through contemplative practice, physical preparation and precise understanding of our physiological processes, Ruben will support the group readying and reaching for new depths — of presence and connection — far below the water surface and within ourselves.
He will guide theoretical and experiential sessions on land that will help us dive into the world of our breathing, sensing bodies, and gentle, methodical practices in water to support discovering new ways of being in water and softening into the unknown together.
