A Self-Care Sundaze Experience by The Nimble Alchemist LLC
Set your intentions with crystals, ground the energy with breathwork, and let music and vibration settle it into your body, mind, and spirit.

- You’ve been on a sound journey before and want to go deeper, or you’ve never been and want a gentle introduction
No experience needed. Beginners are warmly welcome.
- Crystal Intentions Workshop: A guided discussion on crystals and intention-setting. Choose your own seasonal crystals from our autumn selection and build a personal kit to take home.
- Take-Home Guide: A companion guide to continue your intention practice with your crystals after the event.
- Breathwork: Ground and clear your energy before we settle in.
- Sound Meditation Journey: A blend of guided meditation and sound bath to quiet internal noise and restore the joy within.

Gabrielle, founder of The Nimble Alchemist, is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, ISTA Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Certified Trauma-Informed Holistic Wellbeing Coach, and Certified Mental Health First Aider, currently training as an Herbal Practitioner. My sessions are gentle, grounded, and designed so that everyone feels safe showing up exactly as they are.
Just your beautiful self! Feel free to bring a shawl, blanket, or pillow. A comfortable futon mat will be provided.
$40 through October 18 | $45 after + applicable taxes
All materials included: your chosen crystals, containers, and take-home guide.

This is our final in-person Self-Care Sundaze of the year. Come close out the season with intention before we move to cozy virtual sessions for the winter.
