East Texas is changing—and women are helping shape what comes next.
Join the Tyler Executive Women’s Network for a luncheon that promises to be insightful, inspiring, and full of the kind of conversation that doesn’t always happen from a stage.
We’re bringing together three dynamic East Texas women—Barbara Bass, Wendy Frizzell, and Camry Tharp—representing different generations, experiences, and perspectives for a candid conversation about leadership, community, opportunity, and the future of East Texas.
Moderated by Jeri-Ann Keel, the conversation will go beyond résumés and accomplishments. We’ll talk about the doors that were opened for them, the doors they’re opening for others, the leadership decisions that changed their trajectories, where women are still missing from important decision-making tables, and what our community needs from women leaders right now.
And we’re putting one particularly important question on the table:
What can the women sitting in this room actually do to move Tyler and East Texas forward?
Expect meaningful stories, different perspectives, a few laughs, honest conversation, and plenty to think about long after lunch is over.
We’ll close by looking five years into the future and asking:
“What change do you hope we can point to and say, ‘Women in East Texas helped make that happen?’”
