StuyTown’s newest outdoor fitness experience. SweatTown: An Immersive Outdoor HIIT Experience!
Turn up the music. Tune out the distractions.
SweatTown is a high-energy, 45-minute outdoor HIIT workout where every participant wears wireless headphones, delivering the instructor’s coaching and energizing music directly to you throughout the workout.
You’ll hear every beat, every cue, and every word from your instructor with crystal-clear sound while moving through an energizing full-body workout alongside your neighbors.
No dancing. No choreography. Just a great workout, great music, and an experience unlike your typical fitness class.
And apparently your neighbors agreed, 100% of surveyed SweatTown attendees said they’d attend again.
