Reiki Crystal Sound Bath ExperienceI invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a space created for you to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Each Sound Bath Experience is created around a theme, with the practices woven through the evening reflecting that intention.
Before you arrive, the room has been infused with the energies of Reiki and a Crystal grid attivated with the intentions for the evening.
When you arrive, there is time to settle into the space, pull an Oracle Card, connect with Crystals, and explore the Crystal Whispers Collection.
From there, we begin to turn our attention inward.
This may be through Conscious Breathwork, Meditation, Essential Oils, Mantra, Hand Mudras, or Crystal Connection, each practice chosen to support the evening's theme and help you arrive more fully in the present moment.
Then we move into sound.
The deep vibration of Anika, my gong, blends with the tones of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Amera, my Handpan, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum, and the other instruments I feel called to bring into the space.
The sound builds, softens, moves and changes around you, creating space for the mind to become quieter, the body to release and your whole being to settle.
This is your time to simply lie back, breathe and receive, a space away from the noise, the rushing and the constant doing.
I’m so looking forward to welcoming you into the space.
