🌿 OCTOBER PLANT SWAP AT SPROUT & SPRIG! 🌿Our plant swap is back for October! Join us for a morning of plants, trades, coffee, matcha, and hanging out with fellow plant people. 🪴☕️
📅 Sunday, October 11, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Sprout & Sprig Plants
418 N Maney Ave.
Murfreesboro, TN
Just like our last swap, we’ll have two separate swapping areas: Classic Plants and Rare Plants.
🌱 CLASSIC PLANT SWAP
Bring a healthy plant you’re ready to part with and add it to our communal swap table. Then browse the table and take home something new that catches your eye! This section is perfect for common houseplants, cuttings, propagations, and everyday favorites.
✨ RARE PLANT SWAP
Have something a little harder to find? Our Rare Plant section is set up for one-on-one trading. Bring your rare, uncommon, variegated, or collector plants and connect directly with other plant lovers to work out a trade you’re both happy with.
☕️ LONE STAR DAUGHTERS CAFE
Lone Star Daughters Cafe will be joining us again, serving organic coffee, matcha, and other beverages throughout the morning.
Whether you’re bringing a table full of plants or just one plant looking for a new home, come spend the morning swapping, sipping, and meeting other plant people.
🌿 A few swap reminders:
• Please bring healthy, pest-free plants.
• Plants, rooted cuttings, and established propagations are welcome.
• Clearly label your plants when possible.
• Rare Plant trades are agreed upon between individual participants.
• Classic Plant swaps use the communal table.
• No purchase from Sprout & Sprig is required to participate.
Bring a plant. Find a plant. Grab a coffee. Go home with something you probably didn't plan on owning. 🪴
