Join us for our October OpenHouse❤️🔥on Tuesday, Oct 6th from 12PM - 2PM!
How can we better support older adults to age well in the communities they already call home? This OpenHouse, Doulat Bibi and Emma Jones will introduce the UHN NORC Innovation Centre (NIC) and its work to build community-based approaches to aging in place. They will spotlight the NORC Ambassador Program, which supports older adults to become local leaders, strengthen neighbour-to-neighbour connections, and create programs and networks of mutual support within their buildings. The session will share what NIC has learned so far and how this work is evolving to reach more communities 🏢
