Under the dark sky of the Libra New Moon, we gather to explore the relationship between the self and the body, the place where desire, pleasure, connection, and presence meet. With Venus, the planet of sensuality and desire, moving through Scorpio, this is a beautiful moment to turn inward, listen more deeply, and give ourselves permission to experience. A night to soften, surrender to sensation, and come home to the body.Sensual Somatic’s is a guided experience, where we’ll slow down and turn our attention inward through breath, mindful movement, touch, and sensory awareness.
Through simple accessible practices we’ll explore our body by cultivating presence, permission, pleasure, and a deeper relationship with our own sensations.
This is an invitation to lean into the sensory experience of being you in your body.
Wear something you feel comfortable in & bring a journal + pen.
