About the Speaker

She built a multimillion-dollar catering and event-planning company while raising two young children and later achieved six-figure success in both corporate sales and entrepreneurship. Nicole is also a co-founder of the Bay Area Houston chapter of Texas Women in Business, author of Who Does She Think She Is?, and creator of The Audacity Method™, a practical framework designed to help women stop outsourcing their authority, rebuild self-trust, and make bold decisions without waiting for permission.
