Big feelings can show up in little bodies—and learning to name them is an important first step.Our October Mommy & Me Social Emotional Learning Playdate uses a playful fall theme to explore feelings, friendship and kindness. Through simple group activities, little ones and their grown-ups will practice recognizing emotions, taking turns, showing care and finding the courage to try something new.
This isn’t a sit-down classroom lesson. It’s an easy, age-appropriate experience designed for young children age 0-6 years old to learn alongside someone they trust.
