7-Year Anniversary & Final 2026 IBCC Fellowship: Celebrating Impact, Leadership Transitions & Our Future! Join the Innovation Black Chamber of Commerce for our final and most significant Fellowship of the year! We are gathering at the Killeen Civic & Conference Center to celebrate 7 years of economic growth, community power, and leadership in Central Texas—and we are closing out 2026 with an impactful Q4 Fundraiser to fuel our mission into 2027.
A Historic Evening of Leadership: A highlight of this fellowship will be a special transition ceremony. We will be proudly inducting our incoming Chamber Chair to lead IBCC into our next chapter, while taking a dedicated moment to honor, acknowledge, and celebrate the incredible service of our outgoing Chair.
