Join us as we explore the herbal uses and folklore of Lady’s Mantle. Sought after for its support of skin and tissue healing, digestion, and reproductive health, this gentle yet powerful herb offers many ways to connect with our bodies and wellbeing. Ruled by Venus, Lady’s Mantle carries a cooling and toning energy. Together, we’ll sip on Lady’s Mantle tea as we learn more about this beautiful plant ally and craft our own herbal tea blend to take home.
Fatima Chavez Lopez (she/her) is a first-generation Chicana from Oxnard, a mother, birthworker (doula), traditional bodyworker and herbalist, and reiki practitioner. Raised with the traditional bodywork and herbal medicine in her home, Fatima’s formal journey began in 2014 and is deeply rooted in Traditional Mexican Medicine. She continues to learn from fellow educators, mentors, and elders. Fatima offers intuitive care and believes the power of body wisdom will guide each person’s unique path to wellness
