Jennifer Little serves as Senior Director of Human Resources & Ministry at Schuber Mitchell Homes, where she is passionate about helping people connect and grow. She believes a strong culture is built through meaningful relationships, authentic leadership, and a genuine investment in people. Guided by her faith and a desire to serve others well, Jennifer strives to help people connect their work with purpose and impact. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of 26 years, Aaron, and their three teenage boys, who keep them hopping between swim venues, sports fields, and marching band competitions. Whether at work, at home, or in the bleachers, Jennifer loves investing in people and cheering them on to become all they were created to be.
