ROC WELNESS INSIDER COFFEE WALK
Join ROC Wellness Insiders for our first monthly Coffee Walk. Each month, we’ll explore scenic trails, paths, parks and neighborhoods, paired with a local coffee shop.
Come early if you'd like to grab coffee from Clementine Coffee located in the Box Factory and meet and connect with other walkers before we begin.
Start your morning with a three-mile walk during peak fall foliage at our first Coffee Walk.
The walk begins at 9:30 AM.
Save your spot. Free to attend. Come alone or bring friends. Each attendee must register individually — one per person.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes and plenty of water.
Parking/Location: Park at the Box Factory lot.
What is ROC Wellness Insiders?
