Bring models, games, books and more that no longer create a spark of joy in you, but may for someone else, and we'll try and sell them for you.
We have updated the Bring and Buy and will be disclosing more details to follow.
In a nutshell this is what will be happening:
1) The Bring and Buy will now be split into two....items will be sold by Entoyment as usual, but now sellers will be able to rent their own space to sell also.
2) Any seller with less than 20 items will still be able to enter their items through the old system. Submission sheets will now need to be completed online and submitted to us for checking before drop off. This will allow us to process sales on more than one checkout point and check forms properly (handwriting as been an issue).
3) Sellers who have more than 20 items will now have to rent a table for the day and sell themselves....this will allow you to barter on your own items and it's your choice whether you take cash or card etc. This will be split off from the main B&B. If you wish to accept card payments then you must organise this yourself, Entoyment will not be part of it.
4) We will be adding a card transaction fee to purchases above a certain amount through Entoyment's B&B till on the day of the B&B. This fee has lately been in the hundreds and we can't keep sucking it up when it's not our items we are selling.
5) The seller fee will remain at 10%, tables will be priced so that if you have a number of items it will be better for you to rent a table.
6) We going to up the level of strictness on drop offs. Poorly labelled items will no longer be accepted, crazy overpricing will be stopped (we still get people selling sealed above what it is in the shop). I'm also going to be much stricter on late arrivals on the Friday....if you are after drop off close then it won't be accepted.
7) Obvious stock piling of items will be outlawed and you will be asked to put items back that you are sitting on without purchasing.
