Dancing with the Starts has started! Time to get off the couch and come learn to dance the romantic American Rumba this October!Rumba is a slower Latin dance characterized by rhythmical hip actions, elegant footwork, and elongated movements punctuated by sharp accents.
This beginner-friendly series will teach foundational skills so you can dance the basics of rumba at socials, wedding receptions, cruises, parties and more! You’ll learn how to start developing balanced movement in your own body, and connect with a partner through a proper frame and essential lead-follow skills.
No partner or experience necessary - we rotate partners in class.
Come meet new people and learn how to move your own body with more confidence, and connect with others through the joy of dance!
