Special Effects requires a lot of practice to make progress or become successful in the film industry.In this workshop, Kayla King will be hosting a live demonstration covering the basics of communication, preparation, and execution when it comes to makeup and special effects in film.
You will be given a guideline on different types of makeup kits, skin care, sanitation, and the suggested order of application from basic makeup to properly applying and removing prosthetics. She will also be discussing professional language and giving communication advice with specific questions to ask, preparing you for production day.
Every guest will be given an opportunity to take a stab at creating a realistic wound with Kayla's direction and assistance! Products will be supplied during the workshop.
