Susan Wilson’s mission is to provide peace of mind through professional estate planning and probate services to individuals and families. Susan provides her clients with a sense of security about their future by protecting their assets and privacy. Recently adding an assistant and a paralegal to her team, Susan still meets with her clients, to prepare them for the future and seamlessly provide for their family when they become incapable of doing so.
Susan's practice as The Living Room Lawyer is a testament to her commitment to making estate planning as comfortable and stress-free as possible, providing house calls when needed. Susan offers small group workshops but also speaks to larger service organizations and professional groups where her relaxed style and fun presentation make talking about people’s legacy light yet informative.
Susan was raised in Ojai and has lived in Ventura County for over 40 years. She graduated from the Ventura and Santa Barbara Colleges of Law, sits on the board of the Better Business Bureau of the Tri-Counties, and is a member of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce. She now splits her time between her lake house near Kernville and her office in Oxnard.
Recently returning from six weeks in the Kingdom of Tonga, Susan and her husband Henry (who runs a non-profit benefitting the people of Tonga) travel often to the South Pacific where they perform service projects as well as enjoy relaxation and exploration alike.
