Join the Glass Ceiling Foundation for our final Women’s Power Luncheon of 2026, an afternoon designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reflect on what this year has held, and decide how you want to move through the days that remain.
Led by Tracie Munce, this isn’t an afternoon of sitting and listening to someone tell you how to finish the year stronger. You’ll actually begin the work in the room.
Together, we’ll move through Tracie’s RISE framework:
Release what was never yours to carry.
Ignite and reconnect with the woman you decided to be.
Surrender the need to force what isn’t working.
Embody what you want to carry forward.
Through guided reflection, meditation, journaling, movement and conversation, you’ll have space to think about where you are, what you’re ready to leave behind, and how you want to spend the final 79 days of 2026.
You’ll leave with your own power word for the remainder of the year, a keepsake page with a simple daily practice, and something even harder to put on paper: time spent around a table with women having real conversations.
