💜 Healing Circle & Sacred Sound Bath – Ryde 💜Join us for a nurturing Healing Circle & Sacred Sound Bath, a gentle space to come together, share, and receive healing energy in a supportive community.
We begin with the Healing Circle, including guided meditation, intention setting, and group Reiki and intuitive healing energy. This creates a safe and heart-led space for connection, reflection, and gentle emotional release.
🎶 We then close with a Sacred Sound Bath, using gongs and sound to anchor, integrate, and settle the healing work, supporting balance, grounding, and renewal.
✨ This session is suitable for all — no experience needed.
✨ A welcoming, community-focused space for rest, healing, and connection.
